Notes Guidelines

  • Header: Your name, last name, course number, semester
    • Example: John Smith, CIS-107, Fall 24
  • Heading: Heading 1 (Ex: Notes Chapter 1)
  • Font size: 9
  • Font Color: gray
  • Font Style: Italic
  • Footer: Page number on the right
  • Font size: 9
  • Font Color: gray
  • Font Style: Italic
  • Page margins: 0.5 on all sides
  • Font Family: Calibri (or a web safe font)
  • Font color: Black
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • All concepts must be bold and the definition must be normal.
  • Accepted file formats to submit - PDF/Docx/Odt (pdf preferred)
  • Penalty for improper formatting: 10 Points
  • All quizzes are from the notes. Studying the wrong definitions may cause you to fail.
